Don't go here. They can't do a simple wheel alignment. Go to Firestone or any other place for anything the guy named Doug has absolutely no idea what he's doing he said my rear shock is out I took it to Firestone they said "nothing is wrong with it they probably didn't set it up right" and Doug is the guy that did it and apparently he's the manager I'd say it's the worst place in Lubbock don't waste your time or money go to Firestone!!!!!

I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped us today! We were traveling through Lubbock, halfway through a 13-hr-drive, when we noticed we had very low tire pressure on one tire. It was Sunday so not many shops were open but PepBoys was. When I called, he understood my concern and worked us into their busy schedule, knowing I had a long drive ahead of me. They let me bring my dogs into the waiting area (100° outside!) and kept me updated on the progress. They found a nail, sealed it, and gave me a very reasonable price. Back on the road 45 minutes later! Thank you!

I would like to thank Doug and the staff over at the Pep Boys in Lubbock, TX. My wife and I were in town to help our daughter move from Lubbock to Dallas. After we got her apartment packed up, we were ready to hit the road, but my daughter's engine light came on. I called a few places that evening, but no one could get a diagnostic done until the next day. So, I called Pep Boys and Doug told me to bring it over. The tech was able to perform the diagnostic, identify the problem, and Doug told me they could get it done in the morning. The quoted price was just under $700. After Doug got the part installed, he informed me that the price was only going to be $490, as there was a piece that they didn't need. They got the work done earlier than expected and for less money than we expected. We got my daughter moved to Dallas successfully and I'd like to Thank Doug and the Pep Boys team in Lubbock for saving us a lot of heartburn. Appreciate it immensely!!

Came here for oil change and my check engine light was on. They got me in fast and took care of my issues without charging me an arm and leg! Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. highly recommend this shop if you want honesty and transparency from the start.

I had a flat tire Sunday morning and I live 15 minutes away. I was able to get in with Pep Boys. I spoke with the receptionist she was very very respectful And kind. The sad thing was they were not able to repair my flat tire, but offered me to buy a new one. It was a good thing, they had the Exact brand tire. I did not wait long. They guys were quick and kept me updated. I was able to still make it to the last church service. So thank you for being kind, and quick I would recommend Pepboys to everyone!
